Depending on your interaction with the clinic, we may collect your contact details, appointment history, relevant clinical information, before-and-after photographs, and the information you voluntarily send by phone, form, or email.

This information is used to answer your requests, schedule appointments, document care, support follow-up, and maintain the quality of the client experience. We do not use your data to make guaranteed-outcome claims or for purposes incompatible with these objectives.

If you explicitly choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address, consent status, and certain signup-context information, such as language or source page, may be processed through our email provider Brevo in order to manage subscriptions and permitted marketing communications.

Access to records is restricted to authorized personnel who need it as part of their role. Clinical photographs and sensitive information are never shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

You may request access to your information, ask for a correction, or raise a privacy question by writing to info@mounamedispa.com.

These support basic site functionality, navigation security, the storage of certain required preferences, and the continuity of the user experience.

Analytics and marketing categories are off by default. If they are enabled later, that will only happen after your prior consent through our preferences banner.

You can accept, reject, or customize your choices. Your preferences are stored locally on your device with a consent version so they can be reviewed later.

The “Cookie preferences” link available in the footer lets you reopen the consent panel and revise your choices at any time.

The information published on the site is intended to present the clinic’s services, technologies, and approach. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis or individualized recommendation.

The conditions that apply to a booking, deposit, cancellation, or delay may vary depending on the service reserved. They are communicated at the appropriate time and may be repeated before your appointment.

Prices, packages, promotions, and availability may change without notice. A consultation may be required before certain treatments to confirm eligibility, expectations, and treatment safety.

The site may contain links to third-party platforms such as GoRendezVous or mapping services. We do not control their practices and encourage you to review their own policies.

$50 Deposit: Required to confirm booking. If not paid, the Clinic reserves the right to cancel at any time.

48-Hour Rule: Any cancellation or rescheduling under 48 hours results in the loss of the $50 deposit.

Packages: All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 12 months after purchase.

The Client acknowledges the risks associated with Facials, Peeling, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal (Elite iQ), Photorejuvenation, Vein treatment, Pigment spots, Redness, and Ruby Points: Redness, peeling, heat sensation, swelling, or crusting. Laser risks include superficial burns or pigmentation changes if sun exposure occurred or instructions were not followed. The Client confirms having disclosed all allergies and accepts the risk of unpredictable reactions.

The Client agrees to follow instructions and use only the products suggested by our professionals. The Clinic disclaims all liability for complications arising from non-compliance or the use of non-recommended products after the treatment.

Documentation: The Client consents to the taking of "Before" and "After" photographs. These photos are mandatory for medical records and the Clinic’s legal protection.

Marketing Use (Optional): [ ] I authorize the use of my photos (anonymized or otherwise) for promotional purposes.

As aesthetics are subjective, no refunds will be granted for personal dissatisfaction. The Client releases the Clinic from all claims, except in cases of proven gross professional negligence.
