Appointments, changes, and no-shows

Any cancellation or appointment modification must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged at 50% of treatment cost.

No-show

In case of absence without notice, the full treatment amount may be charged and a deposit may be required for future appointments.
